It’s not 10 years. It’s at least 1 year. It means that you’ll get imprisonment for at least 1 year 
This is a scary story, compared to other crimes with similar sentences
There’s a representative one. It’s a forced sexual harassment. It’s a physical experience
If you look at the sentence, you can see that they don’t give prison sentences 
Because the maximum punishment is all kinds of cases
I’m talking about the case, and in reality, the minimum of the usual sentence is taken
But that crazy law of setting recording as a sin is at least one year in prison
This is insanely high. Giving evidence is blinking itself
