Controversy over Hangul file manners in the current company life

(2)I’m really curious. When you open the Korean file, it opens to the last place where you grew up. Because of that, when you send the final version of your boss to others, you scroll up to the first page, save it, and send it back. I wonder if other companies do this frequently. I’m just wondering if it’s because this is a government employee and it’s vertical, but I personally think it’s too much, but I might be wrong
