(1)On August 8, the Gangnam Police Department in Seoul forced two women to dance.
(2)Three Japanese men suspected of carrying out the attack were arrested at the airport just before departure.
(3)The three Japanese nationals, including Mr. A, a man in his 30s, were sent to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office on charges of quasi-rape and quasi-forcible molestation.
(4)Mr. A and others are suspected of molesting and committing adultery against the victims in the middle of last month when they met in Mocher, Seoul, taking advantage of their incapacitated state. There was no assault or intimidation during the sexual activity, but a third party was involved without the consent of the women.
(5)After receiving the report, the police rushed to track down the suspect and arrested him at Gimpo Airport, where he was undergoing departure screening.
(6)The police applied for an arrest warrant for fear of flight, but the court denied the warrant.
