A woman living upstairs pointed out that her nephew (a disabled person) had been sexually assaulted and pointed out the man living below her.
For the above reasons, the falsely accused victim lost in the first trial, but in the appeal trial, evidence was secured that the police officer was aware at the time.
The investigation report and the victim’s separate (previous) incident list show that he was aware of this. It’s a good thing that the daughter went around and cleared the false accusation. If the daughter didn’t trust her father, the father would have been imprisoned for 6 years + a social outcast.
