A man who was not as prepared to prevent false accusations as the victims of the Dongtan incident.

A woman living upstairs pointed out that her nephew (a disabled person) had been sexually assaulted and pointed out the man living below her.

The wronged daughter goes to the victim of sexual assault (the niece of the woman above her) and gets a confession that the real culprit was the victim’s aunt and that the aunt fabricated it.

What’s even more absurd is that there was a record of the house above trying to frame someone using the same method two years ago, but the police ignored it.

The police officer in charge pretended not to know, saying, “Did something like that happen? Haha, I would have taken note of it if it had happened.”

For the above reasons, the falsely accused victim lost in the first trial, but in the appeal trial, evidence was secured that the police officer was aware at the time.

The investigation report and the victim’s separate (previous) incident list show that he was aware of this.

It’s a good thing that the daughter went around and cleared the false accusation. If the daughter didn’t trust her father, the father would have been imprisoned for 6 years + a social outcast.
